Why did my order arrive in multiple boxes?
Many components are fulfilled from separate facilities. Full Eveook™ Systems typically ship in multiple packages (typically three). You can find tracking numbers for each package under your parent tracking number.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — expedited shipping is available upon request for an
additional fee. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.

Yes. Shipping fees are based on actual carrier rates, which
vary by destination, carrier, and package requirements.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must have the original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover costs such as handling, x-rays, and other tests required to verify that gear is undamaged and safe.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item. If you need assistance determining whether an exchange or replacement is appropriate, contact us at info@ballantynegear.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us within 3 business days and we will replace it when appropriate.

Choose options
The Bearpaw L II is part of the Eveook™ Non-Penetrating Anchorage Connector and is positioned at the front of the Eveook™ body, where it connects the system to the rope.
It is designed with a single connector hole for a vertical lifeline and is compatible with both 7" and 12" wheels.
Earlier designs supported two vertical lifelines. The Bearpaw L II uses a single connector hole to align with ANSI Z359.18 guidance for anchorage connectors on residential-style sloped roofs.
When used as part of the Eveook™ engineered system, it meets ANSI Z359.6 and complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502 and 1910.140, as specified in the Technical Instruction Manual.
