Why did my order arrive in multiple boxes?
Many components are fulfilled from separate facilities. Full Eveook™ Systems typically ship in multiple packages (typically three). You can find tracking numbers for each package under your parent tracking number.

additional fee. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must have the original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover costs such as handling, x-rays, and other tests required to verify that gear is undamaged and safe.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

This pack includes 100 cartridges and is intended as a refill. Each Line Thrower Kit includes 3 sets of charges.
These cartridges will launch a projectile approximately 120+ feet under typical conditions.
Actual distance will vary based on wind, launch angle, and projectile type.
