Why did my order arrive in multiple boxes?
Many components are fulfilled from separate facilities. Full Eveook™ Systems typically ship in multiple packages (typically three). You can find tracking numbers for each package under your parent tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must have the original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover costs such as handling, x-rays, and other tests required to verify that gear is undamaged and safe.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method.
Exchanges

At just 22 grams, it is one of the lightest fully functional carabiners available, while offering increased strength across all three ratings. The design features a deeper basket to help keep the rope properly positioned and a refined gate for smooth, easy clipping.
The Nano 22 also offers a large internal working space for versatility, a wide gate opening for easy handling, and a profiled nose that allows for clean insertion and removal from tight connection points.
