Why did my order arrive in multiple boxes?
Many components are fulfilled from separate facilities. Full Eveook™ Systems typically ship in multiple packages (typically three). You can find tracking numbers for each package under your parent tracking number.

additional fee. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must have the original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover costs such as handling, x-rays, and other tests required to verify that gear is undamaged and safe.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method.
Exchanges

Constructed from slick, snag-resistant low-friction material, the 1/8" diameter line allows for smooth deployment when used with a line thrower. The 200' length provides adequate reach for typical installations, and the high-visibility neon orange and yellow coloring improves visibility during use.
Rated to 250 lbs average break strength.
