Why did my order arrive in multiple boxes?
Many components are fulfilled from separate facilities. Full Eveook™ Systems typically ship in multiple packages (typically three). You can find tracking numbers for each package under your parent tracking number.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — expedited shipping is available upon request for an
additional fee. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must have the original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover costs such as handling, x-rays, and other tests required to verify that gear is undamaged and safe.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

The Ares Air Helmet is CAMP's most advanced helmet, constructed from a blend of ABS and polycarbonate with a high-density EPS foam liner for energy absorption.
It features wide side ventilation openings with a slide-closure system for adjustable airflow.
A webbing suspension system adapts to the shape of the head, with a vertically adjustable polyamide headband and turn dial adjustment for a secure, precise fit. An adapter kit is included for smaller head sizes.
Includes sweat-absorbing padding and water-repellent replacement padding.
A full-strength chin strap (> 50 kg) helps prevent accidental release.
Equipped with attachment points for ear protection, visor, and headlamp.
