Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must have the original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover costs such as handling, x-rays, and other tests required to verify that gear is undamaged and safe.

The CAMP Druid is a lightweight, compact auto-braking descender designed for rope access and rescue use on semi-static ropes ranging from 10–11 mm.
It features an anti-panic function that re-engages the cam if the handle is pulled too far, helping control descent speed. The body and lever are constructed from hot-forged aluminum alloy, with stainless steel internal components for durability.
The internal mechanism and locking cam are designed for smooth rope movement, reducing wear and allowing controlled operation. The device can also function for rope ascent, and the cam can be deactivated with a trigger to allow quick rope movement under limited or no load.
Includes a steel ring for attaching a keeper cord.
