Why did my order arrive in multiple boxes?
Many components are fulfilled from separate facilities. Full Eveook™ Systems typically ship in multiple packages (typically three). You can find tracking numbers for each package under your parent tracking number.

additional fee. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must have the original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover costs such as handling, x-rays, and other tests required to verify that gear is undamaged and safe.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method.
Exchanges

The Forester Folding Throwline Cube is used to store and manage throwline during installation.
It folds into a compact triangle for transport and opens into a 16-inch cube for easy deployment and use. Exterior handles allow for convenient carrying, while the interior features a D-ring, Velcro strap, and pockets to assist with managing throwline.
