Shipping is calculated using real carrier rates. Multi-box orders may arrive on different days. You’ll receive a tracking number for your first shipment, and our team is happy to provide updates for any additional packages.
How long does it take to ship my order?

Why did my order arrive in multiple boxes?
Many components are fulfilled from separate facilities. Full Eveook™ Systems typically ship in multiple packages (typically three). You can find tracking numbers for each package under your parent tracking number.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — expedited shipping is available upon request for an
additional fee. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.
Do shipping fees vary?
Yes. Shipping fees are based on actual carrier rates, which
vary by destination, carrier, and package requirements.
Why do shipping fees vary?
Orders range from individual components to full multi-system
kits, each with unique packaging and carrier requirements. Shipping fees
reflect real-time carrier pricing for your specific order.
What if something arrives damaged or missing?
Contact us within 3 business days and we will assist immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must have the original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover costs such as handling, x-rays, and other tests required to verify that gear is undamaged and safe.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item. If you need assistance determining whether an exchange or replacement is appropriate, contact us at info@ballantynegear.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us within 3 business days and we will replace it when appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
