Shipping is calculated using real carrier rates. Multi-box orders may arrive on different days. You’ll receive a tracking number for your first shipment, and our team is happy to provide updates for any additional packages.

Why did my order arrive in multiple boxes?
Many components are fulfilled from separate facilities. Full Eveook™ Systems typically ship in multiple packages (typically three). You can find tracking numbers for each package under your parent tracking number.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — expedited shipping is available upon request for an
additional fee. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.

vary by destination, carrier, and package requirements.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must have the original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover costs such as handling, x-rays, and other tests required to verify that gear is undamaged and safe.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item. If you need assistance determining whether an exchange or replacement is appropriate, contact us at info@ballantynegear.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us within 3 business days and we will replace it when appropriate.

This Lynk Stabilizer Kit includes two stabilizers made of ultra-durable 1.7 lb high-density polyurethane foam, specifically designed to attach to the Lynk Rafter Tail System. When installed, the stabilizers allow the system to mount securely to a single 2" x 6" rafter tail, rather than requiring two closely spaced rafter tails.
When to Use This Kit:
- Required when exposed rafter tails are spaced more than 24 inches apart.
- Perfect for eaves where only a single rafter tail is accessible.
Note: The Lynk Stabilizer Kit is only compatible with the Lynk Rafter Tail System and must be used together.
