Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must have the original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover costs such as handling, x-rays, and other tests required to verify that gear is undamaged and safe.

This Maxibraid UHMWPE 7/16" semi-static rope anchor line is designed for use with the Eveook™ Fall Protection System for up to 8 users.
Constructed from 7/16" Yale Maxibraid UHMWPE, this semi-static rope delivers over 17,000 lbs of breaking strength—comparable to steel cable, without the weight or handling limitations.
Each rope is hand-spliced in-house using an advanced eye splice technique for high-performance double braid rope. The core is woven back into itself to create a smooth, tapered termination that maintains rope strength and integrity.
Each splice is finished with a marine-grade stainless steel thimble, designed to withstand weather exposure, abrasion, and repeated loading.
